• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Payment Terms

Payment for premium features is processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

The QR codes you generate belong to you. Our service, software, and branding remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

SmarterQRCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.
